National Security Breaches in the Philippines: Xi Jinping’s Multiple Assassination Attempts Against Me

  • From IT Elite to Political Target

In China, I was once an elite in the IT industry. In 2008, I operated the largest Free Hosting service in the country. My entrepreneurial journey began as early as 2002 during university, when I established a B2B platform that eventually ranked among the Top 20 in China. I was a prominent figure in the Hangzhou student business community, engaging in discussions with Shi Huang-Xie and Yi Bing-He—two of Jack Ma’s original partners at Alibaba.

Had my trajectory not been violently interrupted, I would likely be a billionaire today with a company listed on NASDAQ. However, since 2009, I have faced systematic persecution by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This began with the "Anti-Vulgarity Campaign," which effectively dismantled China's private IDC (Internet Data Center) industry. At the time, any server hosting even a bikini photo would have its connection cut by the CCP. Industry insiders whispered that this was a collusion between the CCP and Jack Ma to wipe out private competition and secure market share for Alibaba Cloud.

Spiritual Awakening and the Han Liberation Movement

By 2011, I was bankrupt and suffered a mysterious, near-fatal illness that left me hospitalized for two months. I emerged from that experience a changed man—transforming from a tech expert into a theologian. I felt my consciousness connect to a divine realm, receiving a specific mission from my ancestral spirits. By 2012, I had become a prominent figure in the "Han Liberation Movement" (Huang Han), a movement dedicated to resisting CCP oppression. Although the movement was small at the time—numbering in the hundreds of thousands—it was heavily infiltrated by Ministry of State Security (MSS) agents and fraudsters. My background allowed me to quickly rise to prominence.

The Secret Ties: Xi Jinping and Kokang

In 2012, as Xi Jinping prepared to take power, General Peng Deren of the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) was planning his return to Kokang. Xi’s "right-hand man," Geng Zhiyuan (son of former Defense Minister Geng Biao, for whom Xi once served as secretary), was a close friend of Peng and deeply involved in the planning. It is rumored that the "Ezubao"E租宝 scandal—the largest Ponzi scheme in China involving 78 billion RMB—was orchestrated by Xi’s circle to fund such military operations.

To gain public support, Peng Deren attempted to frame his struggle as part of the "Han Liberation Movement." The MSS incited movement members to join the Kokang forces, spreading false information that Peng intended to establish an independent Han state in Northern Myanmar. I was invited to serve as Vice Chairman of the "Kokang Promotion Association," an organization led by the China Strategy Association (managed by Geng Zhiyuan and Liu Nianyuan). Sensing these actions violated law and logic, I declined. I also realized Peng’s "independence" claim was a ruse; when I offered to draft a constitution, the MNDAA officials admitted they intended to remain Burmese citizens. I refused to let Han blood be shed for their cause and warned others to stay away.

    Exiled in the Philippines

In 2015, as Peng’s war began, internal CCP friction led to the arrest of Ding Ning (Ezubao’s boss and Kokang’s deputy commander). In January 2016, following an unauthorized and illegal arrest by Hangzhou police, I fled to the Philippines. Between 2016 and 2017, many members of the Han Liberation Movement involved in the Kokang conflict were assassinated. I later discovered the motive: the MSS was silencing anyone who knew of the secret relationship between Xi Jinping and Peng Deren. Furthermore, high-level CCP sources later informed me that Xi himself was recruited by the CIA in the 1980s via George H.W. Bush—a secret they would kill to protect.

Four Assassination Attempts in the Philippines

While the Chinese government has never publicly charged me with a crime, Xi’s operatives have attempted to eliminate me multiple times on Philippine soil:

2016: The WeChat Cyber-Harassment: Within months of my arrival, Chinese community business associations began a coordinated campaign of death threats against me on WeChat. The Chinese Embassy dismissively told me to "go home," claiming murders were common here. The plot was only halted when NBI agent "Api Ang" monitored the threat and intimidated several CCP spies.

2017: The Internal Leak: I received a tip that an assassination was imminent, but sympathizers within the government protected me. I remained in hiding for three days until the "clear" was given.

2019: The Political Frame-up: Just before the anti-Chinese movement gained steam and COVID-19 hit, rumors suggested the CCP stopped using direct spies to avoid leaks. Instead, they utilized a high-ranking Philippine official—one with an aggressive "anti-Chinese" public stance and ties to POGO elites—to frame me. The plot failed when the Philippine government did not take the bait.

2022: The Wave of Kidnappings: A massive wave of kidnappings swept Manila, primarily targeting Chinese nationals, with many cases ending in cold-blooded murder. During this period, the Chinese-speaking community lived in absolute terror, yet a disturbing information gap emerged: while Chinese-language social media was flooded with detailed reports and warnings, the Philippine mainstream media remained inexplicably silent. This discrepancy suggests a deliberate suppression of information.Furthermore, the FFCCCII (Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and Teresita Ang-See (Hung Yu-hua) publicly denied the existence of such a kidnapping trend in the news, a move that identifies them as complicit in the cover-up. My sources confirmed that the kidnappers were actually MSS agents from Northeast China, not local criminal gangs. The "indiscriminate" targeting of Chinese nationals was a strategic smokescreen; by creating a chaotic environment of mass abductions, the MSS intended to kidnap or "liquidate" me under the guise of a common crime, making it impossible to identify as a political assassination. The validity of my assessment was proven when I filed a direct report on the Chinese government’s "12339" national security hotline—the kidnapping wave in Manila ceased abruptly just three days later.

    The Strategy: Manipulating National Policy

The tactics have evolved from using local community spies to direct MSS assassins, and finally to "ace" agents embedded within the Philippine government. These agents mask their true identity behind radical anti-Chinese rhetoric. By stoking anti-Chinese sentiment, they aim to manipulate Bureau of Immigration policies to classify non-spies—like myself and other members of the Han Liberation Movement—as "national security threats" to be deported back to China.

Evidence of the CCP secretly backing "anti-Chinese" movements was exposed as early as 2020 by World News (Shijie Ribao), which reported on secret meetings held by the FFCCCII. As a pro-China outlet, their exposure of the Embassy's involvement in manipulating anti-Chinese sentiment carries significant weight.

A Warning to the Philippine Government

The CCP supports certain "anti-Chinese" (but notably not anti-CCP) politicians as "sleeper" agents. Their radical stance is a disguise. These individuals often favor CCP cooperation in disputed oil territories while publicly shouting nationalist slogans.

The Philippine counter-intelligence agencies have done an excellent job lately in identifying real spies. Desperate, these embedded CCP agents are now trying to redirect "anti-spy" efforts into "anti-Chinese" xenophobia. They specifically target 9G visa holders to: Protect real spies (who usually have "perfect" or fraudulent Filipino documentation). Eliminate political dissidents who fled in 2016.

We urge the Philippine government to scrutinize the true allegiances of radical politicians pushing these agendas. We possess photographic evidence of high-ranking Philippine officials meeting with Xi Jinping’s special envoys. If our safety continues to be compromised, we will not hesitate to release these photos, which are capable of triggering a "political tsunami."
